The Alabama Specialty Food Association is dedicated to the expansion of the Specialty and Gourmet Food Industry primarily within the State of Alabama . Our focus is directed towards manufacturing, co-packing, product development, marketing and ultimately sales.

It is our desire to assist members of the industry; locally, nationally and internationally in networking and developing business relations with other industry leaders.

Members will include but not be limited to growers, co-packers, wholesalers, retailers, suppliers, distributors, brokers, restaurateurs and marketers/designers for the food industry.
